The Dedeman Istanbul was really good in every way. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr Ersin Söğütlü. The location was superb, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby dining options. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The hotel's restaurant offered a variety of delicious food. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend staying here.

We had a good stay at Dedeman Istanbul. The location was perfect, great to easily explore the city. The spa facilities, including the swimming pool and sauna, were a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Istanbul.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to the metro and taxis available right at the door. The staff were polite and patient, especially Emre at the reception. One of the best aspects was the presence of 24-hour security, made us feel safe.
The cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as we noticed some areas that needed improvement. there were issues with the rooms, such as a persistent smell of smoke in some of the non-smoking rooms.

This hotel is a luxurious venue offering exclusive amenities to its guests. the Spa & Wellness Centre provides a full range of relaxing treatments including massages, foot and head massages, manicures, pedicures, and Turkish bath. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room make for a truly indulgent experience. the sun terrace offers sun loungers to relax and enjoy the beautiful view.
The only minor issue was a delay in getting room service. the restaurant provided in-room breakfast with a wide range of options available.

The location of the hotel is superb for exploring Besiktas. Rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a large swimming pool, fitness area, and massage area in the basement. The breakfast is delicious and can be opened earlier if needed. The rooftop restaurant offers a great view of the city and the Bosphorus.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is located near the metro station, so it was very convenient for transportation. It was also close to Zorlu mall, which took me less than 10 minutes to reach. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

the indoor swimming pool and spa center with full body massages and Turkish bath were especially amazing. the restaurant served delicious food and the private facilities made us feel exclusive. We loved the location advantages and the sun terrace with sun loungers to relax on.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the snack bar. this did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel, which was exceptional.
